Hello! 

Welcome to week 6!!!

 

This morning we had a whole school Mass for the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The year 3/4 class lead the school for this one and Fr John was impressed yet again at how well our students read and participated in the Mass. So well done to the students! 

 

Next week is a busy week full of RE content. Wednesday, June 9 we celebrate our Patron's Feast day,  St Columba and we have been busy working hard in each class learning something about him. In our Assembly next Wednesday, starting earlier at 1.45pm, a child from each class will present this to the school.

 

After the Assembly we will have an afternoon tea with parents and Parish members who wish to join us. 

 

Thursday and Friday, June 10th and 11th, the staff will be heading to Naracoorte/Penola for their annual Staff retreat. We are very much looking forward to going to the ‘birthplace’ of St Mary MacKillop’s mission and learning more about this truly amazing woman. Stay tuned for photos and updates from this important pilgrimage!
